Sot Keys not working on Huion h1161 pn tablet

I realized when I got onto medibang that my softkeys were not working on their.


I tried using my finger and the pen, I got the tablet today and then downloaded the correct driver. The other buttons and slide tool is working fine but just not the softkeys, and I made sure they were enabled in the driver. I am using a windows 10 computer and currently using the art software medibang.


Can I get some help?

  • Hi Jaelyn Tucker, please make sure that the Soft keys are enabled in the driver. Please see image below:


    Also, you need to use your pen for the soft keys. If needed, please reinstall your tablet driver and make sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer while doing so.

  • The 15 of 16 softkeys on my Inspiroy 1161 are not working, despite using the pen.

    The touch keys don't all work in combination either.

  • Hi Sahil Sen, press keys or soft keys not functioning well may have been caused by either issues on the driver installation, assigning incorrect shortcut keys, issues with the drawing program, or issues with the tablet itself. Kindly provide the following:

    • Version of the tablet driver you installed
    • Your computer's operating system and version¬†
    • Drawing program and version you are using


    Please try the following steps as well:

    1. Reinstall your tablet driver and make sure your tablet is not connected to your computer while you reinstall the driver. Turn off your antivirus and close all your drawing programs as you do so as well. If needed, install a different driver version.
    2. After you've reinstalled the driver, connect your tablet to your computer and test it.
    3. If the issue persists, try to check whether the function you've assigned to your press keys or soft keys are correct. 
    4. Reinstall your drawing program or install a different version


    If the issue is not resolved, kindly reply to your ticket so we can further test your tablet using our software to check for hardware issues.
