- a. Have you upgraded the firmware? Please refer to Update Guide, and follow the instructions provided. After the update, the firmware version is: ①Kamvas Pro 19 (GT1902): M220_240524, ②Kamvas Pro 27 (GT2701): M221_240708
- b. Have you installed the latest test version of the driver? Download the latest version of your tablet driver from this link: https://huion.com/download/ and extract or unzip the file.
- c.Have you enabled the touch function within the driver? Under "DeviceTouch Settings", click the "Enable Touch" button.
- d. Is the touch switch turned on?
