Generally, the return and refund request should be made within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. However, if your parcel reaches you later than 30 calendar days since you placed your order, the return and refund request should be made within the next 7 calendar days. In other words, you have at least 30 calendar days from your purchase date or 7 calendar days from receiving the parcel to make a return and refund request, whichever comes later.
Please email our Customer Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your request, with the following information:
- Order Number
- Serial number of your item (this can be found at the back of your unit, right after S/N)
- Reason for requesting a return and refund
- A reference that supports your claim, such as pictures or videos
NOTE: For returns without quality issues, an 8% restocking fee and the shipping fee for the delivery will be deducted from the refund amount. Moreover, kindly handle the shipping cost of returning the item.
Reasons such as incorrect connections and other reasons related to human errors, misuse, or mishandling are not considered quality issues.
