How to Switch Your Pen Tablet from Phone Mode to Computer Mode

Some of our pen tablets support phone connections. When you connect the pen tablet to your phone, it will instantly turn on the phone mode. It is normal that you can only use the left part of the pen tablet when on phone mode. However, sometimes it is still in phone mode when you connect it to your computer after you unplug it from your phone. Rest assured that it will be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.
