Ⅳ. Special Situation

If you are using a Mac mini and have updated to macOS 14.5, you may encounter an issue where touch cannot be enabled because the device does not come with built-in touch-related equipment. In this case, you need to perform the following extra steps:

1. Locate the ActiveTrackPad.zip file included in the installation package and extract the ActiveTrackPad tool.

2. Open the installation, then drag it into the "Applications".

3. When a pop-up window appears, click 'Load' and 'Activate' in sequence.

4. After the activation, if you see the "Trackpad" option in the "System Settings / Preferences", it means the activation was successful.

5. At this point, return to the driver and continue the previous operation.
