Yes. This macOS touch function (Beta Test) is only compatible with Kamvas Pro 19 and Kamvas Pro 27.
2. Why can't I use the touch function on my Mac Mini?
Please refer to Update Guide Part.4, and follow the instructions provided.
3. What are the system requirements for this upgrade?
You may need to use a macOS 13.0 or later system.
4. Why does the touch function not work after upgrading the firmware?

Please confirm by following steps:

a. Have you installed the latest test version of the driver?

b. Have you enabled the touch function within the driver?

c. Is the touch switch turned on?

5. Which software does the updated Mac touch function support?
Currently, it supports most creative software on the Mac.
6. Does the touch function on macOS support palm rejection?
Currently, it doesn't support palm rejection. We recommend using the palm rejection glove included in the package to create.
7. Can I use the digital pen and touch function at the same time?
Currently, it is not supported. Please ensure the pen has a sensing height of at least 10mm to avoid causing interference while using the touch function.
8. Can I revert to a previous version of the firmware/driver? 
Yes, if you'd like to revert to a previous firmware version, please contact our customer service team; if you'd like to revert to a previous driver version, please download the latest version from our official website and reinstall it to overwrite.
