Two USB-C Ports Facilitate Connections

The Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (4K)/Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K) is equipped with two USB-C ports. With the two USB-C ports, you can connect the Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (4K)/ Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K) according to your needs.

  • 3-in-1 USB-C Port (HDMI Signal): Connect your pen display to the computer and power supply via a 3-in-1 cable.
  • Full-featured USB-C Port (DP Signal): Connect your pen display to a computer or Android phone via a full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable, and a 3-in-1 cable for extra power supply.
Please make sure you plug cables into their respective port, otherwise, the device may fail to operate.

Connect via the 3-in-1 Cable (HDMI Mode)

If your computer does not have a USB-C to USB-C port, you can use the included 3-in-1 cable for connection.

3-in-1 cable of Kamvas Pro 16 (4K)/Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K)

Connection Steps:

  1. Connect the USB-C cable to the pen display's 3-in-1 USB-C port①.
  2. Connect the black USB cable and HDMI cable to their respective ports on the computer
  3. Then connect the Power Adapter to the red power cable and plug the power cable into a wall outlet to start your work.

Connect via the 3-in-1 Cable

Computers running Windows and macOS are supported.
If you have a dedicated graphics card on your computer, please make sure to plug the HDMI end of the 3-in-1 cable into the HDMI port on the dedicated graphics card, instead of that one on the PC's motherboard.

Connect via the USB-C to USB-C Cable (DP Mode)

If there is a full-featured USB-C to USB-C port on your computer/laptop/phone, you can use the USB-C to USB-C cable for connection.

List of Compatible Devices Support USB-C to USB-C Connection with Huion Displays

USB-C to USB-C cable

Please make sure the USB-C port of the phones, tablets, and computers at least supports USB3.1 GEN1 data transfer protocol and DP1.2 Alt Mode.

The USB-C to USB-C cable is included in the package of Kamvas Pro 16 (4K)/Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K). But you can also buy one from other brands. Please make sure the cable you purchased at least supports USB3.1 Gen1 data transfer protocol and DP1.2 Alt Mode.

Connection Steps:

  1. Connect the USB-C to USB-C cable to the pen display's full-featured USB-C port and the computer or Android device.
  2. Then connect the included USB power cable to the pen display's 3-in-1 USB-C port① and the included 5V 3A power adapter for extra power supply.

Connect via the USB-C to USB-C Cable

A 4K pen display consumes much more power than the USB-C to USB-C cable can supply, and thus extra power should be provided.

Computers running Windows and macOS are supported. Android tablets and phones are supported. (Please note that not all Android phones support full-screen mode on Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) and Kamvs Pro 16 Plus(4K)).
