Various ports to meet various needs

Different from the Kamvas series pen display, the Kamvas Pro 24 (4K) is equipped with various ports. You can connect them for different usage.

  • Power Port: Power your pen display by connecting the power cable.
  • HDMI/DP Port: Transmits video signal from the computer to your pen display by connecting an HDMI/DP cable.
  • USB-C Port: There are two ways to use it
    1. Use with HDMI/DP cable and power cable: Only transmits data from the computer to the pen display by connecting a USB cable.
    2. Use with power cable: Connect your pen display to a computer or Android phone via a full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable, and a power cable for extra power supply.
  • USB-A Port: Connect to external equipment such as keyboard, USB flash drive, etc.
  • 3.5mm Headphone Jack: Connect to your headphones.
Please make sure you plug the cables into their respective ports, otherwise, the device may fail to operate.

Connect via the HDMI/DP Cable and USB Cable

If your computer does not have a USB-C port, you can use the included HDMI cable, USB Cable, and Power Cable for connection.

Connection Steps:

  1. Connect both ends of the HDMI/DP cable to the HDMI/DP ports of the pen display and computer.
  2. Connect the USB-A ends of the USB cable to your computer, and connect the USB-C ends to the pen display's port.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the power cable and your pen display, then plug the power cable into a wall outlet to start your work.

Computers running on Windows and macOS are supported.

If you have a dedicated graphics card on your computer, please make sure to plug the HDMI/DP cable to the HDMI/DP port on the dedicated graphics card, instead of that on the PC's motherboard.

Please note that the DP cable is not included in the package.

Connect via the USB-C to USB-C Cable (DP Mode)

If your computer/laptop/phone has a USB-C port, you can use the USB-C to USB-C cable connection.

Please make sure the USB-C port of the phones, tablets, and computers at least supports USB3.1 GEN1 data transfer protocol and DP1.2.

You can buy USB-C to USB-C cable (2m) from Huion or other brands. But please make sure the cable you purchased at least supports USB3.1 Gen1 data transfer.

Connection Steps:

  1. Connect the full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable to the pen display's port and the computer or Android device.
  2. Connect the power adapter to the power cable and your pen display, then plug the power cable into a wall outlet to start your work.

Connect via the USB-C to USB-C Cable

An extra power supply is needed when connecting via a full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable.

Computers running Windows and macOS are supported. Android tablets and phones are supported. (Please note that not all Android phones support full-screen mode on Kamvas Pro 24 (4K)).
