If the dial of your keydial mini(K20) doesn't work at all, It will be resolved by upgrading Bluetooth firmware of keydial mini(K20).
For Android
Please follow the steps below:
1. Turn on Bluetooth of your Android phone and connect your phone to Keydial mini(K20).
2. Open Huion Keydial app and click on "connect".
3. Click on "dial".
4. There will be "pop-up" to inform you of the update. You need to click on "update immediately“ to start the upgradation.
5. Please DO NOT close keydial mini(K20), Huion Keydial app and your phone Bluetooth during upgradation.
6. After Bluetooth firmware upgradation, you need to connect Keydial mini(K20) to your computer via the cable to update the wired firmware.

8. After wired firmware upgradation, you can connect Keydial mini(K20) to your phone via Bluetooth and configure the dial on the Huion Keydial app.
For IOS
Please follow the steps below:
1. When you connect Huion Keydial mini(K20) to your iPhone via Bluetooth and open Huion Keydial app and connect it, then it will automatically let you upgrade Bluetooth firmware if necessary.
2. Please DO NOT close keydial mini(K20), Huion Keydial app and your phone Bluetooth during upgradation.
3. When it reaches 100%, then click on "Finish". It means Bluetooth firmware of your Huion Keydial mini has been successfully upgraded.
4. After Bluetooth firmware upgradation, you need to connect Keydial mini(K20) to your computer via the cable to update the wired firmware.

6. After wired firmware upgradation, when you connect Huion keydial app via Bluetooth, it will ask you to re-pair Bluetooth.
7. Re-connect keydial mini(K20) to your iPhone and open Huion keydial app, then it can work normally.
