I acquired a GT220 V2 in the end of last December. Both pens do not work, they aren't charging. One of them is only working if plugged on USB all the time, but this is not how it is supposed to work.
I am looking for support from Huion for days, but they won't answer my messages or emails. The store is reffusing to refund the costs of a new pen, and now I don't know what I am supposed to do.

For all the forum readers' reference, if your rechargeable pen works without any issues when plugged into the charging cable but will not work if not plugged in, most often than not, the Li-Ion battery inside the tablet no longer holds a charge.
