problem with Huion Kamvas 16

There is no display on my Huion Kamvas 16 tablet.
The tablet has been connected, drivers have been installed, the power button is working. After switching on the Huion logo is displayed and suddenly there is no signal message. The display is black but when touched with a pen, the cursor on the computer moves.

Hi  Marta Chumeniuk, thank you for posting your issue. Kindly refer to this article which may help resolve your concern: What to Do If Your Huion Pen Display Shows A Black Screen or No Signal. Also, please make sure you connect all ends of the 3-in-1 cable as seen below:

Please note that issues with the HDMI cable, port or adapter may cause the "no signal" issue. If after checking that the port and adapter (if you are using one) are not defective and making sure that all cables are properly connected, the issue is still not resolved, it may be possible that the 3-in-1 cable is defective. If so, please send the following to service@huiontablet.com so we can assist you further:

  1. Product order number;
  2. Product serial number (S/N), which can be found at the back of your unit;
  3. Link where you purchased the item;
  4. A video that clearly shows your issue (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload to Google drive and grant permission to allow anyone with a link to view it).
