Kamvas 13 semi-broken? Can it be repaired?

When i power on my tablet i get this glitchy white-ish burned screen, my tablet is fairly new and it suddenly just started doing this one day

The glitched screen isn't permanent and turns into a black one after some time, from where i can restart my tablet and the screen will show the image again, but i have to do that every single time i want to use it

The pen and everything else works completely fine, even when the screen is glitched

Is this repairable? Anyone knows what exactly is causing this?
