H420 tablet not Working (TABLET) Not pen

I just got my H420 just 2 months ago it was doing fine but one day when I plug it onto my computer it would connect but can't detect Pen and when I press the buttons it won't even light up. like before it would light up if I press the buttons, but now it just says connected and I can't do anything I bought a new pen and new cable but the Tablet is not working and I also got the latest driver for my tablet.
