Pen not working
My GT-156 V2 art pen has suddenly stopped working. I looked up multiple answers, but none of them worked. A few days ago is when it started. I don't have a battery-powered one, and the charging one is the problem. I've tried restarting everything, charging the pen again for multiple days, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. The driver says everything is connected but the pen won't take over my cursor.

Si confirma que ha conectado correctamente los cables, pero su lápiz no funciona aún, intente los siguientes pasos, si no lo ha hecho antes:

Based on what we see in the video, since your tablet driver is showing "Device disconnected", it means that your computer was not able to recognize your tablet as being connected. If you confirm that you have properly connected your cables but your pen won't work still, please try the following steps, if you haven't done so before:
By following the above-mentioned steps, if your tablet driver continues to show "Device disconnected", please reply to your ticket so I can assist you further. It is possible that your cable is defective or your tablet itself is.
