Screen black at bottom - brand new purchased 4 days ago

Brand new Kamvas Pro 16 has a 1 1/2" black line at the bottom. I have tried it on multiple computers. Using 3-n-1 cord that came with the tablet. I seen another post from a customer from 12 days ago with the same issue and did as suggested by support (with the exception of trying another cord as I do not have another cord nor am I going to buy one.) Is there a problem with this product? Should I just return it to Amazon?

  • Hi Patricia L Earls, thank you for the video. Are you using an adapter or did you connect the HDMI end directly to your computer? I believe you're using a desktop so have you connected the HDMI end of the 3-in-1 cable to your video card, if you are using a dedicated video card on your computer? 


    I believe there may be something wrong with your 3-in-1 cable so I will ask for more information through your ticket so we can send over a 3-in-1 cable as a replacement.
