Hi om jagtap, thank you for your post. Kindly try these steps so we can determine what caused your issue:
1. Uninstall the tablet driver, unplug your tablet from your computer and then plug it back in. Test if the pen works without any issues without the driver.
2. Unplug your tablet from your computer again and reboot your computer. Turn off your antivirus and install the latest driver for your tablet through this link: HUION Tablet Drivers. After installing the driver, connect your tablet back to your computer and test again.
If the issue persists, please take a video as you perform both steps above again and send it to service@huion.com together with the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Link where you purchase the tablet
- Product serial number (found at the back of your tablet)
