HS610 soft express keys not working

 Hi,

I installed the driver before connecting the tablet, I updated the firmware.


Soft express keys not working....



What to do ?

  • Hi Mohamed Khaled, may I know what exactly is your problem with your tablet's press keys? Kindly provide the information requested below:

    1. Tablet driver version installed
    2. Operating system version of your computer
    3. Drawing programs you are using and version/s where the problem happens


    Please answer the following questions as well:

    1. Does the tablet's light turn on whenever you press the press key even when the problem happens?
    2. Does you problem happen in all press keys you assign that function to?
    3. When you encounter the problem, does the tablet driver show "Device connected" still?


    You can try the following steps if you haven't done it before:

    I have the same issue with my H950p


    1. HuionTablet_WinDriver_v14.8.165.1387_HID

    2. Windows 10

    3. Adobe Illustrator


    I have set my express keys using the Huion Tablet app according to the shortcuts in the drawing software.

    But the express keys are still not working. 

    The pen is working though.

    Please answer the following questions as well:

    1. Does the tablet's light turn on whenever you press the press key even when the problem happens? N/A
    2. Does you problem happen in all press keys you assign that function to? yes
    3.When you encounter the problem, does the tablet driver show "Device connected" still?yes

    I have tried all the steps you listed but the express keys are still not working.

  • Hi Sarah Hiew, kindly send the following information to service@huion.com so we can further check your tablet's performance using our software:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet)
    • Order number
    • A short summary of your issue. If you can provide a video of it, that would be better. You can just use your phone in taking the video and share the link in the email.

  • my express keys does not seem to be working while my pen is working just fine.

    I have tried the methods listed but it does not work. Mine is a h950p.

  • Hi Nobody, may I know the version of the driver you installed? Does the driver show "Device connected"? If it shows disconnected, this is the main reason why your press keys are not working. Thus, please follow the steps found in this article: What To Do When Huion Driver Shows Device Disconnected?

  • I have an H950P as well, it says "device connected", the pen is working, AND I deleted and re-installed the driver.. still none of the express keys are working.

    • Version of the tablet driver you've installed
    • Your computer's operating system
    • Does the tablet's light turn on when you press any of the express keys?
    • Are the press keys not working in all of your drawing software?


    We may need to test your tablet further using our software. Thus, kindly send the following to service@huion.com to be assisted further:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Order number 
    • Version of the driver you've installed
    • The drawing software you are using and the versions
