Pen not working w/o cord + can’t send complaint bc it was a gift

The tablet + pen was given as a gift years ago to my sister but she never used it, recently I decided to see if I could get it to work and use it myself but the pen won’t charge and even when connected to the usb cord it works like 20% of the time. I don’t have any receipts or order numbers or anything for it so how do I submit a complaint?
  • Hi Nadeea, I'm sorry about your sister's pen. Sadly, a pen with a rechargeable battery will deteriorate over time, even when not in use. It is because the Lithium-Ion battery inside the pen has a specific life span. However, you don't have to worry since you can purchase pens separately. I need to know the first 7 digits of the tablet's serial number so I can check the model and the manufacture date of your sister's tablet. You can find the serial number on the back, and it starts with S/N. Moreover, please let me know which country you are in so I can provide you with the link to purchase the pen.
