Offset issue

I have bought a brand new KAMVAS PRO 16, and I have come across an cursor offset with my tablet. Apparently calibrating doesn't resolve the issue. I need some help as this is getting the best of my work. Thank you.

Hi Jgordinho, I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing with your Kamvas Pro 12. How much offset are you experiencing? The industry pen accuracy standard is around 0.5mm around the center and around 3mm towards the corners.
Do you still experience it even when you don't have any drawing apps open and even when the tablet driver is not installed? Kindly provide the following so I can further check:
1. Your tablet's firmware version
2. The tablet driver version you installed
3. A video of your offset issue, kindly include capturing your display settings and your tablet driver's working area settings.

Hello, thank you for you feedback, i´m very sorry for the late response, i could not make a video but it seems it is those 3mm you mentioned...it happens in CSP and Photoshop, i dont use much Photoshop so i'll go more for ClipStudio, hope this helps.
