No visual on sketch pad Kamvas 20

Purchased a Kamvas 20 on May 15, 2020 through Amazon USA, S/N A1DD4SH00478,

ORDER #114-2745740-7939406 

1.) Have had a problem getting this product registered for warranty.

2.)the sketch pad screen remains black at all times and shows no images. This is correct. Have followed all suggestion provided with the unit without success.

Hi Marty Lanum, I have conveyed your registration concern. Kindly try to register your tablet again tomorrow. 


As for your black screen issue, may you please try the following steps:

  • Please make sure all the cables are securely connected to your desktop or laptop.

  • Plug the HDMI cable to another computer to test if the problem persists.
  • Change to another HDMI/DVI/VGA cable or port;
  • Change to another adapter if you are using an adapter;
  • Plug the VGA/HDMI/DVI cable to the graphics card if you are using a desktop.
