estimate on time for support response?
I submitted a ticket about a week ago asking for information about tablet warrenties. Though initial response was prompt, I haven't heard back from anyone after I followed up with more information. I understand that there's some backup from everybody being on break, but does anybody know about how long I should expect to wait before getting a response? I have deadlines and I'm a bit desperate to know whether or not I'll need to buy a whole new device.
