i have a kamvas pro 16 and the cursor is offset. I have tried calibrating, restarting my computer, and have set up the mirror display in my Macbook settings but it still hasn't fixed it.

Hi Georgie, may you please check if your MacBook aspect ratios in the display settings are correct. Try using your Kamvas Pro 16 on extended mode and ensure that your aspect ratio is at 16:9 with 1920x1080 resolution for your tablet. Adjust your MacBook's settings accordingly as well. Moreover, please ensure that the top area of your display settings are aligned. Please refer to this article: How to Set the Mirror Mode or Extend Mode on MAC While Using Huion Pen Display?
Afterwhich, please restart your computer then calibrate your tablet and restore it to the default calibration. If you still see an offset, try calibrating it manually. If the offset is within 0.5mm at the center and 3mm towards the corners, this is normal and within the industry's acceptable range.

Hi, I have tried extended mode with the settings you suggested and then restarting my macbook and calibrating/restoring to default calibration and then i tried manually however it didnt change anything. There is still a large offset. Is there any other solution?
Hi Georgie, I'm sorry about that. Let me create a ticket for you so I can better assist you. I may need to ask videos of your setup and how large the offset is.
