Huion Kamvas 13 screen flashing

Hello, I recently brought a Huion Jambs 13 but when i plugged it into my laptop it worked well for the first few seconds but after a minute, it suddenly started flashing saying something is wrong with the HDMI. Whenever I unplug and plug it back in, it does the same thing, how do i fix this?

    1. Uninstall and reinstall the latest version 15 of the tablet driver by checking our official website through this link: Huion Kamvas 13 Tablet Display Drivers. When installing the driver, make sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer, your antivirus is turned off, and all your drawing programs are closed. After you've installed the driver, connect your tablet to your computer and check if the issue gets resolved. If it doesn't, try Driver v14.8.153.1344 (attached). 
    2. If reinstalling the driver or installing different versions do not resolve your issue, please send the following to service@huion.com to be further assisted for cable replacement:
      • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
      • Order number
      • Link to your video of your cable connection and the disconnection and reconnection issue
    3. If the replacement cable do not resolve your issue, please continue to update us through the ticket and provide another video as you connect the original cable that shows the disconnection issue and connect the replacement cable with the same issue as well. At this point, we will further assist you with instructions on how to return the tablet and receive a tablet replacement.

  • Hi, I have this exact same issue with the flashing and disconnecting/reconnecting. Tried everything above and nothing works

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Order number
    • Version of the driver
    • Link to your video of your cable connection and the disconnection and reconnection issue

  • Hi Dontez Jones, thank you for your video. May I know if you plug the power cable in separately when you use full featured USB C to USB C cable? I could not see the red cable of 3in1 cable in the video. Please try to plug the power cable in as well when you use full featured USB C to USB C cable. Have you tried to connect the tablet to your laptop by using 3in1 cable? Does the issue also occur with 3in1 cable?

  • My laptop only has usb C access.
  • Hi Dontez, thank you for your reply. Would you mind purchasing a USB adapter. We think the flashing is caused by not enough power.
