Hover wobbling - Maya selection

Hello, got a new Kanvas 24 4k and found this bug on Maya which spreads to other Software (when an selection is active) and even to the Windows Environment. This is very unfortunate and I think about to return the device even it's check so many good points.

  • Hi Michel Mangelsdorf, I'm sorry about your wobbling issue. Kindly try the following so we can eliminate the possible causes:

    1. Uninstall the tablet driver, disconnect your tablet, restart your computer, and reconnect your tablet to your computer. Test if you experience the same issue even without the driver. If your pen won't work without the driver, this is fine. It only means your computer needs a driver installed for your tablet to work.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the driver. When installing the driver, please ensure that your tablet is not connected to your computer, your antivirus is turned off, and all your creative programs are closed. Also ensure you don't have other tablet drivers installed on your computer, whether from us or other brands. Having multiple tablet drivers or any residual files thereof may cause conflict and malfunction.
    3. Ensure your driver is given the necessary admin access to your computer. On your tablet driver, go to Settings > General > click the "Administrator privileges" button if you see it. If you don't, then your driver already has the necessary access.
    4. Use other creative programs and check if you experience the same issue.
    5. If you can access another computer, try if you continue having the same issue on another computer.

    Please provide the following:

    1. Your computer operating system and its version
    2. Driver version you installed on your computer - you can find this in the driver > click Settings > About tab.
    3. Tablet's firmware version - you can find this in the driver > click Settings > Device tab.
    4. Maya version 
    5. Other drawing programs and their versions wherein the issue persists.
