My Huion Kansas 13's pen is not working .So how can I connect it to my Mac and Tablet?

Hi Ho Ngoc Chi Mai - 123 893, I'm sorry that your pen is not working. Are you using the 3-in-1 cable or the full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable? Kindly try the following steps:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the driver by following the steps in these articles:
  How to Uninstall Version 15 Driver (MacOS)
  How to Install Huion Driver on MacOS
2. Try installing the latest driver version for your tablet which you can download from this link: Huion Download Center
3. Ensure your cables are securely connected. You can check out this link: How do I connect the Huion Kamvas 12/13/16(2021) to my computer?
