Huion Kamwas 12 connectivity problems, it disconnects and connects at all times in its driver application Katty Bonilla

Good afternoon, a month ago I bought this huion kamwas 12 graphic tablet, it arrived this week and it is presenting these problems, my operating system is windows 10, I would appreciate a prompt response because I need it for my work and I can't find any solution, it has the drivers that are and i have followed all instructions and watched videos.

  • Hi Katty Bonilla, thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Please close and exit from the Huion Tablet driver. You can do this by right-clicking the Huion Tablet driver icon from the hidden icons in your screen's lower-right corner and clicking "Exit".


    2. Install our TabletQC software, which you can download from this link: Huion TabletQC Tool.
    3. Check if the parameters on the left-hand side appear on the QC software. If you don't see the parameters, please unplug your tablet, plug it back in until the parameters appear, or reopen the QC software if needed. If still, no parameters appear after doing so, kindly proceed to the next step.
    4. Draw on the QC software. You can choose to have pen pressure or use different colors as you draw from the "Menu" at the top using your mouse or press the following keyboard shortcuts:
      a. F - enter or exit fullscreen mode (you'll have more accuracy when on fullscreen mode, especially if you have a tablet display)
      b. B - change brush
      c. C - change color
      d. E - clear or erase
    5. Try pressing the pen buttons and the tablet's express keys (if your tablet has press keys). Test the dial, touch bar, or slider if your tablet has it, and check if the parameters change.
    6. Using a phone or other external camera devices, take a video as you perform all the steps mentioned above (from Step 1 to 5) and send it to us (we recommend you upload the video to cloud storage such as OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox, or Google Drive and share the link with us. Please don't forget to grant permission to anyone with a link to view it). Please don't use screen recording; it is essential that we can see both the tablet, the display, and your hand clearly as you perform the test. Please refer to the screenshot below on what to observe and do in the TabletQC software.

  • Good evening, I followed your instructions and followed the steps from 1 to 6, I installed the program you requested, and as you can see nothing appears, I even select different brushes, and at the beginning of the video you can see that it connects and disconnects the tablet drivers before closing the program just as requested, I followed all the steps, but no brush works to draw or do something.

    If the purchase was made by Newegg directly with you, with your Huion store.

  • Good evening, I follow the steps from 1 to 6 as you ask me, recording it with my cell phone, as you can see at the beginning of the video, connect and disconnect the drivers, use the program that you shared with me and install it, look how you can, I can't use any of the brushes or anything, I tried to make strokes or draw and absolutely nothing appears, neither strokes, nor lines, I did not press either, follow their instructions.

    Good morning, I am attaching another video again, I closed the Huion Kamwas driver application so that you can verify that I gave it exit, and as you can see it disconnects and connects, in the same way I exited the application and also gave it exit as I explained in the indications, and none of the program parameters appear and it does not let me trace or draw anything in the

    I also attached that for a few moments it worked, and everything in the image (which you sent as an example of the program) came out, but it disconnected, only the line appeared in a different direction than the cursor, I drew a line and it seemed too far from where it was painting or scratching, the pressure of the line came out in a different place than where it scratched, I couldn't record it because it appeared all at once and it stopped working again, I had closed the huion application as you indicated and I also gave it exit, try yes it worked again and it has not appeared again
