Cursor is always in the left corner

I have q620m inspiroy dial with macbook air, I can't use it even once. becauseCursor is left corner, when I use pen. So, what should I do? Anybody help me https://photos.app.goo.gl/cL1s83LC2V1wfRCY9

Hi Gobielango87, thank you for your video, and I'm sorry about your cursor issue. This issue is usually caused by an incorrect driver setting or driver malfunction. Thus, kindly try the following:
1. Open the tablet driver and go to "Pen Tablet" then "Working Area".
2. Ensure that your tablet is set to work on the entire computer screen as shown below:
  The blue lines are the indicators and is connected to the white line. If your working area is not the same as above, just drag the blue lines to cover the entire working areas, tablet and computer.
3. If the working area is set correctly, try uninstalling and reinstalling your tablet driver, making sure there are no other tablet drivers installed on your computer. Having multiple tablet drivers can cause conflict resulting to malfunctions.

  Here's where you can download the latest driver for your tablet: Huion Download Center. Just choose "Pen Tablet" > "Inspiroy Dial" > "Inspiroy Dial".
