my kamvas 16 keeps showing the no signal screen

i keep trying to make it work but it just shows the no signal screen

  • Hi Jack, is the 3-in-1 cable connected to the lower USB-C port on your tablet? 

    If my observation is correct, this is what caused the no signal issue you are experiencing. Kindly disconnect the cable you inserted to the upper USB-C port and insert the 3-in-1 cable there. If you're using the 3-in-1 cable, you don't need the extra cable (the 2nd cable you used on the video).
