Kamvas GT 191 Driver ERROR

It's been a few days since Kamva's drive has been having problems, every time I open a graphics software the cursor bugs and gets stuck in the corner of the screen and it only works when I use the pen instead of the mouse. Opening the program uninstall makes the mouse come back, but no driver update fixed the problem definitively...

Hi D H Moriarty, I'm sorry about your driver issue. Since the issue is fixed when you uninstall the driver, the issue is caused by either an improper driver installation, driver conflict, or driver malfunction. Thus, kindly try the following steps:
1. Uninstall the tablet driver
2. Disconnect your tablet from your computer
3. Check your computer and ensure you don't have any other tablet drivers installed, whether from us or other brands. Having more than one tablet driver can cause conflicts on your tablet and driver functionality.
4. Install the latest tablet driver version. Please ensure that your tablet is not connected, your antivirus is turned off, and your drawing programs are closed while installing the driver.
5. After you've installed the latest driver version, connect your tablet to your computer, and check if the driver detects your tablet.
6. Once your tablet is detected, go to Pen Display > Working Area > check if the display working area is selected properly. Kindly refer to the image below:NOTE: The tablet and other monitor displays may be interchanged, depending on your computer display settings. Please check if the working area is similar to the image above.
