Huion Kanvas 22 plus flicker connection message on the screen

I recently (last month) bought a huion kamvas 22 plus through a fnac store in Spain. The product arrived at my home on April 17 and I have been using it with my computer ever since. Today the connection message started appearing multiple times

I checked that it wasn't a bad cable connected to see what could be failing. But when I pressed the menu buttons at the top, the screen started flickering and used itself as I show in the videos.


IT IS NOT A STUCK BUTTON BECAUSE NONE APPEARS SINKED.

I would like to make a change effective to apply my guarantee because I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A PRODUCTION AND WITH A DEADLINE OVER and I cannot work with the flicker message appearing all the time.
