Terrible Customer support, Huion Customer Service is non responsive.

I have create 2 tickets regarding an issue with my Kanvas pro 16 causing blue screen of death and after nearly a week I have not received so much as an initial contact from anyone at Huion.
I have to agree the customer service is of the lowest quality. 
I may be forced to buy from Huion competitors in an emergency measure, as I desperately need the tablet for my job as a storyboard artist.
