my pen is working on diagnose problem, but the cursor on the tab it doesn't show and not detected

Hello yesterday i got problem with my huion kamvas 13, the pen is not working but when i use diagnose problem it can work. Other than that i cant use it, i already change the dip pen and uninstall the driver too. Pls answer this quickly
