working area huion pro 16 issue

Hi,

I've been having an issue with the bottom 10% of my tablet not registering any pen pressure input. The settings for the working area are set to fullscreen (I've tried custum --> 100% as well, and have also run the driver as an administrator, but to no effect). See attached my settings for the working area, and a screenshot of the issue.

  • Hi Willem, thank you for providing your computer operating system and serial number. I have edited your reply so your complete serial number won't be visible to everyone. 

    Based on your driver screenshot, I believe you are using your tablet on duplicate mode. At times, if your tablet and your computer do not have the same resolution, it is best to use them on extended mode, instead of duplicate. Thus, kindly go to your computer display settings and change your extended mode. Click your computer display and choose the corresponding resolution. Then, click on your tablet display, usualy display #2, then change the resolution to 1920x1080. Also, ensure that the top area are aligned.     I already tried extended mode before starting this discussion, and that did not work. Neither does changing the resolution, 
    Concluding, my issue still persists.

  • Hi Willem, thank you for trying out the steps I provided. Are you using an adapter or splitter? Kindly provide the following so I have a better idea about your setup:

    1. Your computer model
    2. A video of the following: 
      1. Your cable connection from your tablet to your computer. 
      2. Tun on your tablet, capturing the display on your tablet.
      3. Open your computer display settings and show us your display settings.
      4. Open your driver, and go to: Pen Display > Working Area
