working area huion pro 16 issue

Hi,

I've been having an issue with the bottom 10% of my tablet not registering any pen pressure input. The settings for the working area are set to fullscreen (I've tried custum --> 100% as well, and have also run the driver as an administrator, but to no effect). See attached my settings for the working area, and a screenshot of the issue.
