Tablet isn't working no matter what I do
My tablet isn't being detected by my computer, or the other computer I
tested it on. I've bought a new pen, cord, tried uninstalling the older
driver and installing the newer one, restarting my computer and plugging my tablet in in all the right order OVER and OVER again, deleted the most recent update for
Windows since I've realized it's stopped working, etc. etc.
The screen turns on, but neither the old or the new pen I bought work on my tablet. I literally don't know what else to do.
I have a Kamvas 16 (2021 Edition), I run Windows 10.

a. F - enter or exit fullscreen mode (you'll have more accuracy when on fullscreen mode)
b. B - change brush
c. C - change color
d. E - clear or erase

I did as you said - still nothing
I plugged the tablet in before I opened the software you sent, my computer again didn't recognize my tablet through USB
