Broken screen i guess

I'm very excited when i get the huion 13 but it just a sec, i dont know what I'm doing wrong, for the first time it ok but after a minute it turn to glitch line and black but the switch button still on green and i still can write a letter using the pen. I hope someone can help me because I'm not rich, if cant be fixed it my lost
