Huion HS611 Cable not working after being used to charge phone

Yeah, so at some point I had forgotten my charger for my phone, and I was desperate to charge it or else I wouldn't be able to use it for a whole week. Since the cable was USB-C, I decided to use it. Eventually it stopped working at certain angles, so I chalked it up to the length of the cable being too long.

However, once I tried it on my Huion, it kept on glitching on and off. Now, it hasn't been responding at all, and I haven't been able to find any similar problems besides one for the HS610, which remains unresolved. Is it possible I may have damaged my cable for using it as a charger overnight?

I also used the phone's charger, but it only turns the light on, but doesn't respond
