Hi Mateus Henrique alves rocha, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. May I know what version of the driver you are using, please try to perform the following steps:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the latest driver;
2. Plug the tablet in a different USBA port on your computer/laptop;
3. Change a cable;
4. Connect the tablet to another computer if you have access to it;

I did all the steps but nothing works, I even formatted windows even so it appears as a disconnected device, and I've already tested it with all the drivers.
and when I turn on the pc it keeps blinking between device connected and disconnected, but after a while it stops.
