Kamvas 16 pen freezing and lagging

Hello!

I got my kamvas 16 tablet about 3 days ago and been having problems on and off. I managed to fix most of them by resets, managing the cables and reinstalling the driver but there is a continous problem of my pen freezing frequently. I've tried replacing the pen nib and I'm fairly certain I've installed the driver correctly. The pen freezes on every program and in all uses except for in the device diagnosis environment, where the cursor of the brush just lags behind the pen tip instead of freezes. 

I looked at similar issues and didn't find any applicable solutions. Is it possible my pen came damaged?

    i have tried to draw with the mouse and didn't lag, the problem would seem to be the pen.

  • Hi Andrea Cester, thank you for contacting us. May I know what version of the driver you are using. Please uninstall and reinstall the driver. Does the lag issue exist when you draw after uninstalling the driver.

  • I have this issue as well, I have confirmed it is the driver, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have updated my laptop, and I tried drawing with the driver open, but to no avail. It only lags when the driver is installed. Do you have a fix for this?

  •  I am certain I'm using the latest version. As I said before I have confirmed it is a problem with the driver. When the driver is installed onto my laptop the huion lags on multiple different programs.

  • Hello, I am on version 15.6.3.132. I am submitting a ticket soon. now that you know my issue, that I have tested it multiple times, and confirmed that my driver is up to date, please help me resolve the issue. At least confirm whether or not you know how.  I will be submitting a ticket soon.
