The problem with the sensory area and pen

Hello, I have been working on the Kamvas GT-221 Pro tablet for 4 years. The sensory region on the left began to react by itself. Because of this, I had to turn off this function. Less than a month has passed, the same thing happened with the pen. It freezes even when the stylus is far from the tablet, this can be seen on the video. The drivers of the latest version, the stylus is charged, the tablet is connected correctly, what is wrong and how to fix it?

  • Thanks for the answer, but then what about the sensory region? It is assigned to zoom in/out when it is turned on, this function works when I do not touch it. Is there a solution to this problem without replacing the device itself?

  • Hi Ancient Coal, thank you for your reply. May I know what version of the driver you are using. Could you please try to uninstall it and reinstall the latest driver accordingly. If you are using the latest driver, just uninstall and reinstall it.
