I need help with tablet saturation settings (I've tried to fix it, but to no avail)

I have had an issue with a Huion kamvas 20 for the last year or so, where the saturation on the display tablet would look normal, until I brought it over to my normal monitor where the drawing would be very unsaturated (so in other words the saturation on the kamvas 20 was WAY to high). Although it affected all the colors at least a small amount, hues of red/purple were very messed up, to where a red on my normal monitor would be almost pink on my kamvas 20. I tried to get someone to help, but after messing around with setting for hours, we both decided that it was probably just my specific tablet, and that I would need to eventually get a new one if I wanted to get it to work. So earlier this week I ordered a kamvas pro 13 (in hopes that this one would have the correct saturation), but when it came, I plugged it in and it had the same problems. I would appreciate any help, in hopes of fixing the problem, thank you!

  • Hi Isaac Hogan, thank you for contacting us. Actually each display has its own setting saturation, it may be different from other brand display, they have different parameters . It would be much appreciated if you could provide us with the following information:

    1. Product serial number (from the back of the unit) of Kamvas 20 and  Kamvas pro 13

    2. Pictures for Kamvas 20 and  Kamvas pro 13 compared with your own display

We will check if we could send you corresponding ICC file to sort it out. Hoping for your kind understanding in this matter.

    Best Regards,

    HUION Customer Support

  • Thanks for the help! I have already refunded the kamvas pro 13 a few days ago, but I can still give you the information on my kamvas 20:

                    . Serial Number AADD4SH00675

. Pictures: posted in files, 56-59 are color examples and 60-63 are drawing examples (56 goes with                                     57 and so, 58 goes with 59, ect)

All of the colors are at least affected a little bit, but hues/shades of red, purple, and pink are affected
