HUION New 1060 Plus (8192) deja de funcionar después de segundos de inactividad

Hola, tengo una tableta HUION New 1060 Plus (8192), instalé los drivers más recientes y mis programas de dibujo, funciona correctamente pero a los segundos de dejar la tableta inactiva deja de funcionar en mi pc. A pesar de esto me marca como conectada e incluso siguen prendiendo los foquitos que se encienden cuando acercas el lápiz o haces clic con él. Probé reinstalando los drivers y los antivirus, reiniciando mi pc y sigue haciendo lo mismo. ¿Creen que tenga que ver con Windows? No creo que sea mi lápiz porque funciona cada vez que vuelvo a conectar la tableta, pero después de un rato ya no mueve el cursor.

    2. What is Drawing Software & Version 

    3. How does the tablet not work, the pen can not move the cursor?

  • hola tengo el mismo problema, mi tablet es una huion 1060 plus 8112... instalé todo tipo de drivers y ninguno funciono. Actualmente estoy en la plataforma Windows 11... anteriormente tenía Windows 10 y tenía el mismo problema.

  • Encontré una manera de solucionarlo muy fácilmente :)

    Siempre que te suceda este error ve al buscador de windows (Presionando la tecla Win) y escribe "administrador de dispositivos" y lo abres. Después abre los apartados en donde diga controladoras y busca el que diga Graphic Tablet o algo así (A mi me aparecía en el apartado debajo de "controladoras de bus serie universal") y le das en desinstalar dispositivos, si te aparece una casilla de desinstalar con todo y drivers márcala, reinicia el pc y vuelve a conectar la tableta. Si todo salió correctamente ya no sucederá esto :)


    Siempre que te pase eso revisa si te aparece el controlador de Graphic Tablet, eso es lo que me causaba problemas a mi, por lo que recomiendo desinstalarlo siempre. A mi me ha pasado varias veces este error y lo pude solucionar con este método el 100% de las veces.

  • My problem persists...now the pen works but it won't let me configure the side keys....the configuration program doesn't respond, I try to run it but it doesn't open

  • Hi Matias Cazuza, It is normal for the pen buttons not working without the driver installed as the driver controls the pen buttons and the shortcuts on the tablet. We would like to confirm with you if the pen works properly without the driver installed. If so, please provide the following information when the issue happens: 

    1. What is driver version, is it  Driver_14.8.90

    2. Does it only happen in a specific software or in all programmes

    3. How does the tablet not work, the pen can not move the cursor

  • 1- I am indeed using that version of the driver


    2- it happens with all the programs once the driver is installed the pen works but the program to configure the buttons of my tablet does not run, I try to open it as administrator but the program does not run


    3 - the tablet works as factory, the pen moves and the buttons work but the program to configure the buttons does not open

  • Hi Matias Cazuza, Thank you for your reply. Please try to perform QC test, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Please exit from the Huion tablet driver and don't open the said driver. You can do this by right-clicking the Huion Tablet driver icon from the lower-right corner of your screen and clicking "Exit";

    2. Install the Huion TabletQC tool which you can download from this link: Huion TabletQC Test
    3. Check if the parameters on the left-hand side appear on the QC software. If you don't see the parameters, please unplug and plug your tablet back in until the parameters appear, or reopen the QC software again if needed.
    4. Draw on the QC software. You can choose from the Menu at the top using your mouse to have pen pressure or use different colors as you draw.
    5. Try pressing the pen's buttons and the express keys on the tablet (if your tablet has press keys). Test the touch bar or slider if your tablet has it, and/or use your pen to test your tablet's soft keys (if your tablet has it) and check if the parameters change as well.
    6. Using a phone or other external camera devices, take a video as you perform all of the above-mentioned steps and send it to us (we recommend you send the video through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and please grant permission to anyone who has a link to view it). Please don't use screen recording; it is important that we can clearly see both the tablet and the display screen as you perform the test. Please refer to the screenshot below on what to observe and what to do in the TabletQC software.

What are tickets?...I am looking for an effective solution from you and I only receive instructions to review tickets that do not provide me with solutions....I have not been able to use my tablet for more than 1 month....is that fair for the users of your brand?......please work seriously because I'm not the only one with these problems.....we want answers and we want them NOW

  • Hello friends, the program still doesn't work...now my tablet doesn't respond and when I try to run the program to program the quick buttons it doesn't open...this software made everything worse
