h640p pen sensitivity not working

hello, I got the tablet a few weeks ago and when today I started to use it the pen didn't work, I opened the app to test the sensitivity but even though I hadn't touched the tablet with pen it showed max sens. I updated the driver and changed the pen nib but nothing worked.

  • Hi Hijab Ejaz, have you dropped the pen? If you haven't, please send an email to service@huion.com with the following information so we can test your pen further using our QC software:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Purchase order order
    • Summary of the steps you've done
    • Link to a video of your pen issue.
