Pen draws while hovering

while the pen hovers over the tablet, it continues to draw and is hard to use. 

  • Hi Grunt Gaming, kindly try the following steps:

    1. Change your pen nib with a new one
    2. Put away all unnecessary electronic devices since this may cause interference with your tablet and pen
    3. Try using your tablet without a driver and check if it still draws while hovering
    4. Try using a different computer and check if the issue remains

    If all steps above do not resolve your issue, please send the following to service@huion.com so we can test your pen using our QC software:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Your computer operating system and version
    • The version of the tablet driver you've installed
    • Your order number when you purchased your tablet

  • Hi Cyper R, you can use your Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Live, etc. Please use your own email account to send an email to service@huion.com with the following information:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Your computer operating system and version
    • The version of the tablet driver you've installed
    • Your Amazon order number when you purchased your tablet
    • A summary of all the steps you've done so far like changing the pen nib, making sure there aren't any dust particles inside your pen tip, putting away all unnecessary electronic devices, etc.
