Problem with display

Hi, I've been working with Kamvas pro 16 for a couple of months and recently got a problem. My screen turned 90 degrees and won't go back. I tried to restart both tablet and laptop and reinstall the program, but nothing has changed. I've also tried to connect the tablet to another device and the screen turned to normal. But when I use the laptop, screen turns to the side again. Could you please tell me how to fix this?
