Kamvas 13 not connecting

 So I have been using this tablet for a while now and no issues till today. I had to turn off my PC for some maintenance like I normally do. But when I powered it back on it doesn't want to work anymore. It's like my PC and tablet can't talk to each other. I've tried reinstalling the driver and rebooting. But it isn't helping.

My PC did have a update when I did restart though. Does that have something to do with it?
