Huion Kamvas Pro 13 going into No Signal, Power Saving mode black screen after connecting

Hi, lately, my Huion Kamvas Pro 13 is going into No Signal and Power Saving mode after connecting. I have updated NVIDIA drivers. I am using Acer Nitro 5 2021. The HDMI port is working fine for other devices. 

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Please suggest a fix.

  • Hi Agni Sen, do you have access to another computer? If you do and have tried your tablet on another computer but still got the same issue, it is possible that your cable is defective. 


    We provide 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all our products (2 years for EU customers). If your purchase is within the warranty, please send the following to service@huion.com so we can help you with the replacement cable:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Your order number
    • Summary of all the steps you've done
    • Link to your video that shows your cable connection from your tablet to your computer and the "no signal" error when you turn the tablet on.
