Huio Pen now working
Hello,
I have a Huion H320M with a PW100 pen (one of the models that is free of batteries). I use Windows 10. I've had my tablet for 2 years now, give or take, and yesterday, from one second to another while I was using the tablet normally as always, everything stopped working. After uninstalling the driver and updating it to the most recent one, the buttons seem to respond again but I still can't get the pen to work. It won't even sense it/hover on the screen.
Can you help me out?
Hi Luka Schmalz, please change your pen nib with a new one and try using the tablet without the driver. Please unplug and re-plug the cable after uninstalling the driver. If it won't work even without the driver and with a new pen nib, please send the following to service@huion.com so we can further test your tablet using our QC software:
