Pen input not working on Chromebook

I use an H610 pro V2, usually on my PC but I decided to see if it was compatible with my Chromebook. Turns out, it is, so I plugged it in and tried to use it. The green light at the top left corner of the tablet glowed, but my cursor didn't move or anything. I'm not quite sure what to do since the Chromebook doesn't require a driver, so any help would be welcome! The pen works on my PC, so it's just a Chromebook problem.

  • Also, the Chrome OS is updated to the most recent version !

  • Hi Kelli Hofler, may you please provide your Chromebook model and Chrome OS version? Which driver version are you using in your PC? Kindly provide your firmware version by following either of the steps below:

    • Version 14 Driver:
      1. Please connect your tablet to a PC and open the tablet driver
      2. Click "About" and press the following four keys in sequence on the keyboard: "Ctrl" v" e" r"  (make sure the device shows "Device connected" otherwise this won't work)
      3. The firmware version should appear above the "Import" button
    • Version 15 Driver:
      1. Please connect your tablet to a PC and open the tablet driver
      2. Click on the Settings (gear) icon on the upper right corner
      3. On the "Device" tab, you should see the firmware version:
