Huion Inspiroy H640P not connecting properly

Hello! Yesterday when I tried to use my Huion H640p, it kept lagging. I thought it was my art program and I updated and it still lagged, I updated my driver, restarted my pc and unplugged my tablet, but it kept lagging. I noticed the light to show if the pen is picking up was flickering and not picking up properly. I tried to change my nibs but nothing works, it only works sometimes at an angle. Any help??? It worked perfectly the day before :(
  • Hi Sage Willows, it seems like there may be an issue with your pen. Let's test it using our QC software. Please send the following to service@huion.com so we can provide the instructions on how to perform the test:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Your order number
    • Your computer's operating system
    • Versions of the tablet driver you've installed
    • A summary of the steps you've done so far
