Huion Inspiroy H640P not connecting properly

Hello! Yesterday when I tried to use my Huion H640p, it kept lagging. I thought it was my art program and I updated and it still lagged, I updated my driver, restarted my pc and unplugged my tablet, but it kept lagging. I noticed the light to show if the pen is picking up was flickering and not picking up properly. I tried to change my nibs but nothing works, it only works sometimes at an angle. Any help??? It worked perfectly the day before :(

  • Hi Sage Willows, it seems like there may be an issue with your pen. Let's test it using our QC software. Please send the following to so we can provide the instructions on how to perform the test:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Your order number
    • Your computer's operating system
    • Versions of the tablet driver you've installed
    • A summary of the steps you've done so far
