broken screen?

I turned on my Huion pro 16 and was greeted to a glitched screen. I don't know what happened but it's probably broken. I am a minor so I don't have money to replace it and I don't wanna talk to my mom about it if it's not something I can solve on my own. I'm not sure if there is a way but if so, that would be amazing. The model is GT-156 A picture of the screen is shown below along with a picture of the display on my computer
